  • What is included in the price?
    Rates will include: * All utilities * Regular maintenance services * Cable TV, Internet services and Telephone (includes unlimited long distance calls anywhere in Canada and the US) * Access to amenities in the Retirement Community (Pool, Bistro, Tuck Shop, Lounges, Billiards, Library, Theatre, Spa) * Social activity calendar
  • Are we able to access other services?

    Weekly housekeeping service, meal plans, underground parking and storage lockers can be purchased for additional fees. Also, feel free to stop by the Bistro for a quick soup and sandwich lunch, or browse for necessities in our Tuck Shop.

  • Are we able to access Harmony Square?

    Absolutely! You can choose to be as independent as you wish, while still having the opportunity to access Harmony Square and the amenities that it offers.

  • Will I be able to bring my pet to live with me?

    Yes! Please ask and we will provide you with a copy of our pet policy prior to moving in.

  • Is the building secure?

    All exterior doors are secured and you will have your own personal key to come and go as you please.

  • What happens if I need care or support?

    We recognize that care needs change from time to time. Should you find that you are in need of care of nursing support you can; move in to an available suite in the Orchard or Grove, where our in-house team can support you, or you can enlist the support from a community agency who can provide that support to you in your apartment.

  • Do I have to sign a lease?

    We require all tenants of the Forest to sign a lease. At the time of signing, all applicable charges and clauses will be explained to you and provided in writing so that you are well informed.
