“As far back as I can remember, food has always been in my memories. Most all my connections with past memories and new ones always have a food element to it. I spent summers watching my grandma cook and make bread from scratch and cook it all in a wood burning stove! Food is life and I live for food!
My background started with wineries and events, then onto feeding bands and acts like Boston, Paul Anka, Journey and many more! I am classically trained in French cuisine, and trained in London, England for 1.5 years. I am a Red Seal Chef since 2016.
My most rewarding job would be working retirement and the relationships and memories I get to build with my residents. Just to see a smile on their faces when eating my food makes it all worthwhile.”
