Get Involved in the Fun

Our monthly Seniors Activity Calendar is designed to keep you involved and immersed in fun and friendship, focusing on the health of your body, mind and spirit. Take an energetic fitness class to stretch and strengthen; relax with a good book from our cozy library or surf the Internet on the computer.

Take time to enjoy music, accentuate your artistic talents in our craft classes, participate in our Java music club or hone your card, bingo and board game skills with new friends. As a member of the Caroline Place family, you will be encouraged to share your thoughts and ideas on what activities you would like to see added to our current suite of offerings.

Meet Chef

Robert

“From an early age, I have always been interested in cooking, whether it be baking banana bread with my grandmother or making cabbage rolls and perogies with my mother. Needing to fill this creative engine I naturally gravitated towards the culinary arts.

Attending chef training and living my life in the food service industry for over 20 years; I have been through many types of restaurants, from fine dining Mediterranean Restaurants to your local pub down the street.

With that as my ethos, I try to maintain a balance of the classic dishes grandma use to make with a touch of modern twists to make even the simplest recipe stand the test of time.”
