Beautiful room, large with kitchenette which I didn’t need because of three meals a day provided.
Although the fridge was handy.
The menu  had a large selection of choices to suit everyone’s needs.
Caroline place is a lovely place with spacious dining room, help yourself coffee & snack room also used for Continental breakfast .
Did not get to the movie room but it looked lovely .
Had a chance to go outside on a sunny day in their courtyard which I enjoyed.
Very friendly & helpful staff who all seemed to know my name.
They welcomed family & friends who came to visit.
All in all I had a good experience while there & miss my lunch companions!

I did love everything about the staff professional, support and Baycrest care she received... Her dementia and physical strength have gotten worse, yet their curtesy and attention has remained excellent.  I would recommend this to anyone considering assisted living.

The building itself is beautiful - a former hotel so it’s quite elegant. We watched the staff interact beautifully with the residents. The place is spotless and the feel is more like being away on vacation than a retirement home.

When my father moved in he was not to sure if he wanted to stay. He tried it out on a temporary bases and he realized this was the place for him. All the staff is friendly and very professional. It is clean. It is sometimes hard for a senior to transition into a retirement home. Carolines Place staff is very knowledgeable and care about their residents and help with the transition. I would definitely recommend Caroline’s Place for a loved one.

The suites are quite large and the staff are wonderful. Very caring people and a very positive happy environment for everyone that lives there.  I always feel like there is an open door when I have questions or concerns and there is a lot of support when help is needed.
