“When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” – Paulo Coelho. This quote has always resonated deeply with me and continues to motivate me each day to rise and pursue my dreams. Transitioning from a routine corporate job to following my passion for the culinary arts has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
My journey has been shaped by formal training at Humber College, hands-on culinary experience at the Golf Club, and work in restaurants in the United States and my home country, Jamaica. These diverse experiences have honed my skills and deepened my love for creating exceptional meals.
Each day, I take pride in planning menus and preparing delicious, well-balanced dishes. Collaborating closely with both the kitchen and dining teams, our shared goal is to make every dining experience unforgettable, delivered with excellence, respect, and love.
