Brent
“I am the Food Service Manager and Head Chef at Winchester Glen Retirement Community. My Culinary career spans 20 years of cooking in a variety of settings. I was formally trained as a chef at Humber College in Toronto.
After graduating with a degree in culinary management, I started my career at the widely acclaimed fine dining restaurant North 44 in Toronto where I met my mentor, Chef Sash Simpson. I also credit Chef Daniel Ponte of Liberty Grand for the guidance he provided that made me the success I am today.
I take pride in using fresh local ingredients to create healthy dishes with the emphasis on taste and presentation. My team and I are looking forward to meeting and exceeding all your dietary needs here at Winchester Glen Retirement Community. ”
