However, we do expect that you will take full responsibility for your pet, feeding, caring and walking it as required. We do have some policies regarding pets to ensure that they are a good fit for our seniors community. Please ask about our pet policies before bringing your pet to live with you in your new home.<\/p>            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n            <h5>What type of furniture is provided?<\/h5>\n            <div>\n            <p>Our suites come equipped with a full refrigerator and cook top as well as window treatments. You are welcome to bring your own furniture, bed linens, towels, plants, toiletries, and anything else that will make you feel comfortable and at home.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n            <h5>Is the building secure?<\/h5>\n            <div>\n            <p>All doors are secured at night, and you will have your own personal key to come and go as you please. There is professional staff in the building 24 hours a day to ensure your security. They will be available to you at all times with the push of a button, and would be pleased to check on you through the night if you have any concerns.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n            <h5>Do you have an \u201cemergency\u201d call system to use in case of problems?<\/h5>\n            <div>\n            <p>Absolutely. Our building is staffed 24 hours a day, and for added peace of mind you can rent a pendant that is part of our 24-hour Emergency Response System.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n            <h5>Do the suites have air conditioning?<\/h5>\n            <div>\n            <p>Each suite has its own air conditioning and heating system, which you can adjust for your own personal comfort.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n            <h5>Will I be able to bring my vehicle?<\/h5>\n            <div>\n            <p>Yes, you are welcome to bring your car. Designated parking spaces will be available for licensed drivers who have their own vehicles. These spaces are subject to availability, and one space per suite. Priority reserved spots are available for a monthly fee of $50.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n            <h5>What about my privacy?<\/h5>\n            <div>\n            <p>To protect your privacy and to ensure security, we do not display a directory at the front door nor will staff give out your suite or phone number. We will be happy to provide you with more information regarding our privacy policies when you move in, or upon request.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n            <h5>Can I do my own laundry?<\/h5>\n            <div>\n            <p>Yes. There are laundry facilities available in the building for your personal use. You may also choose to have our staff do your laundry on a weekly basis for a charge, giving you more time to enjoy the things you would like to do.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n            <h5>When can my friends and family visit?<\/h5>\n            <div>\n            <p>Visiting hours are anytime. Our dedicated staff are available day and night to allow your loved ones access to visit while protecting your privacy.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n            <h5>Can I go out anytime I want?<\/h5>\n            <div>\n            <p>You may come and go as you please. For fire and safety purposes, we just ask that you sign out when leaving and sign in once you return. The sign out\/in book will be located at the Front Desk.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n            <h5>What if I want to have family in for dinner?<\/h5>\n            <div>\n            <p>Family and friends are welcome to join you for a meal anytime. We ask that you notify the Front Desk so that they may ensure that a table is set up for your company. Payment may be arranged through our Front Desk.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n            <h5>Can I have a family member stay with me?<\/h5>\n            <div>\n            <p>Family and friends from out of town are welcome to enjoy a \u201chotel stay\u201d with us, which will include meals at very reasonable rates, provided there is a suite available at that time. If you have adequate extra space in your suite, you are welcome to have a short-term guest stay for a limited amount of time. For fire and safety purposes we ask that you notify us of the arrival and departure dates of your guest.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n            <h5>Do I have to sign a lease?<\/h5>\n            <div>\n            <p>We ask all residents to sign a lease in order to ensure everyone is aware of their rights and the standards of the Retirement Residence. At that time, the charges for all services will be explained to you and you will be provided with a written copy for reference.
